The City Manager is seeking a Public Works Director with a record of success in complex and fast paced organizations, documented success managing projects to completion, and a tactical and strategic long-term vision. Requires the equivalent of graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in public administration, civil engineering, or closely related subject and at least five years of experience in management or supervisory capacity and five years of increasingly responsible experience in the construction, maintenance and repair of municipal public works facilities or services. A Master’s Degree is desirable.

The annual salary for this at-will position is $182,104 - $210,850 depending on qualifications and experience. The City offers an outstanding benefits package that includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee with significant contributions towards family premiums, $250/mo auto allowance, $3,500 annual contribution to deferred comp, and a generous paid leave program. Relocation assistance is negotiable.​
