The City Manager seeks a strategic partner who is knowledgeable of innovative approaches to talent management, succession planning, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain a high-performing and diverse workforce and a leader who is a self-starter, with a proactive, relationship-based and inspirational managerial approach to execute the delivery of capital improvement projects and the operation and maintenance of city infrastructure.

The annual salary range is $182,944 to $267,548.  Placement within this range is dependent upon qualifications.
