The City Manager is seeking a well-rounded municipal human resources professional who has experience with labor negotiations in a full-service City. The successful Director will be a strategic, visionary, skilled, proactive and people-oriented generalist and business partner that works effectively with an excellent, skilled, and professional team. Requires five years of progressively responsible related public sector managerial experience in human resources and risk management along with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, business, public administration, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable as are human resources certifications such as IPMA-SCP, SHRM-SCP, RMP, and RIMS-CRMP. The annual salary range is $215,000 to $263,636 DOQE and the Executive Salary and Benefit Resolution is currently under review. The outstanding benefit package includes 5% incentive pay for a MA; $450/mo auto allowance; 2.5% @ 55; and a four-day work week.
