Human Resources Director - City of Beaverton, Oregon

The city is seeking a dynamic, creative and talented strategic partner with strong communication skills.  A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business/public administration, or a related field is required, as well as seven years of progressively responsible experience (specifically experience with public sector and labor relations), including three years in a senior management role. The annual salary range is $107,791 to $144,439 DOQE, and the city provides an outstanding benefit package.
