Facilities Manager

Port San Luis Harbor is located on California’s Central Coast adjacent to the Town of Avila Beach.
The Harbor District manages port facilities and operations. Facilities include a small craft harbor
(280 moorings), 3 beaches, 2 public piers, an historic Lighthouse, a boatyard and several parking lots.
The Facilities Manager is a member of the four person management team. Supervising a staff of 11, the
Facilities Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of all facilities. Any combination
of management experience and education providing the required knowledge and abilities will be considered.
Hiring range is $68,940 to $74,688 per year DOQ with excellent benefits.
